What is the HVLS? The full name of HVLS is th "High Volume,Low Speed"
* High Volume: When working,the super-large blades rotate slowly,driving the large amount of air to flow down and spread along the ground,efficiently promoting large-scale air convection,quickly mixing outdoor fresh air,and taking away indoor heat to create a comfortable indoor environment.
* Low speed: Experiments have shown that the human body feels the most comfortable when the airflow speed of the wind blowing across the skin surface is 1-3m/s,and there will be no discomfort even for a long time. The slow operation of large ceiling fan can continuously generate gentle breeze,which promotes the evaporation of sweat on the body surface,so that people can feel the cooling effect 3-8ºC.

Features of Traditional HVLS Fans
Universal joint:
The galvanized structure steel universal joint,can adjusts the horizontal and vertical direction to ensure the fan in vertical status. So that ensuring the balance of the fan in the process of rotation, and reducing the torsion transmission from the fan to the building.

40Cr alloy coupling, CNC machining to ensure transmission stability

Select high strength screws greater than 8.8 grade according to different connecting parts of the fan,anti-loosing self-locking screws and and anti-slip nuts,together with anti-loosing thread glue,anti-falling connection rings,anti-falling connection parts of the blade.

customized design for DAI SEN large industrial ceiling fans. configured with German ABM gearbox motor,permanent maintenance free,Enlarged alloy steel structure design, Low noise with low backlash assembly and grinding process.the motor adopts German H-class insulation grade.
Installation kits:
Our company's unique design of row holes on the installation plate, can prevent the sliding of the installation plate, we also have installation kits for concrete and and circular tube structure as well as any other kinds of structure.
Steel rope:
8mm diameter steel rope wrapped with anti-rust plastic,reinforced rope clip,with anti-skip turnbuckle screw tension and adjust the horizon of the fan, prevents shaking of the fan, absorb the vibration energy.
blade:
The blade is made of aeronautic Al-mg alloy material that passed T6 heat treatment process,it has high strength,highdurability,the cross section of the blade is propeller streamlined to ensure the best energy efficiency ratio. It is easy to clean after surface grinding and extremely oxidation treatment. It has low wind resistance and high efficiency,There are two reinforced tendons and over-reinforcing structure.the thinnest part is 2mm,and the thickest part is 5mm,so as to avoid fatigue loss of the blade.
Installation Diagram
* The height of the pharmaceutical workshop is more than 4 meters. It can be installed regardless of the structural steel structure, concrete structure, spherical grid structure or complex structure of the workshop; there are no special requirements for the installation site; it can be installed with or without traffic inside the workshop
* The safe installation space of the fan is greater than 80cm. The ideal height of the DS series installation space is between 4-20 meters.
